Bio: Tia Ayers is co-founder of Proposal Magazine, and a comic, writer and director from Southern California who recently relocated to Chicago. Prior to her move, she worked in reality television for several years, contributing to such fine shows as "The Girls Next Door" (E!) "The Newlyweds" (MTV) and many more. She also co-wrote a Lifetime movie that aired in 2008, starring Melora Hardin from the show "The Office." In addition to performing standup comedy all over the country, Tia writes and directs short films that have been featured at several film festivals, and garnered attention on the internet. She is using her keen sense of observation and her sense of humor towards her writings on Proposal Magazine, giving ladies everywhere something to laugh about.
