In 1989, Jon Bon Jovi was the lead singer in one of the biggest rock ‘n’ roll bands in the world. While on tour in Los Angeles, Jon and his high school sweetheart, Dorothea Hurley, took a secret trip to Las Vegas.

It was there, on the steps outside of the Graceland Wedding Chapel that they tied the knot. The couple wore blue jeans and leather jackets and their cab driver was their only witness.

The New Jersey natives now live in New York with their four children and are still very much in love.

In 2007, Jon expressed his love for his wife to a reporter, saying, “I wouldn’t trade her in for anything… She is just a very strong woman.”
