On this day in Wedding History, Jennie & Peter were married at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Montecito, California, with her “90210″ co-stars as her bridesmaids.

Garth met the Twilight actor in 1995 on the set of their film An Unfinished Affair. After several years of dating and the birth of their daughter, the talented couple became engaged during a night swim in their pool.

“Marriages aren’t easy, and we’re just like any other couple. We have our roadblocks, but we get around them, and our family prevails. We are so happy we have a normal, grounded life to keep us centered.” Garth has said of their union.
